I have had the pleasure of coaching and supporting Julie recently and we have quickly built rapport which has now lead us to join forces. Julie and I will work together in 2010 offering training and support to people who are disadvantaged within our communities.

Julie has successfully run training courses to raise awareness in Health, Education, Social and Judicial Services. In addition, her company works with Specialist ASC/ADHD Coaches and NLP Practitioners and is currently negotiating with other County Councils to deliver a comprehensive 5 day training course.

Founder of Prime Performance Solutions Limited (PPS)

I developed Prime Performance Solutions, a specialist training company with a unique, inspirational approach to ASC (Autistic Spectrum Conditions) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), inspired by my twin boys. We train professionals and carers throughout the UK to understand and manage difficult issues and enable those they work or live with to improve their lives beyond current expectations. I have always had a profound interest in personal development and believe people operate using only a fraction of their potential.

Our courses are designed to release that potential by training our students to empower those they support to be more effective, make their own choices and develop greater independence. In 2006 we ran an 8 day pilot scheme for Hertfordshire County Council to train professionals working with adults on the spectrum.
