Eileen’s innate Irish insight and heart-warming lecturing style draws many souls toward her. She is passionate about people and aligns sound practice to the daily activities of those seeking a personal and professional sense of direction. Eileen is no stranger to ill treatment and homelessness. She searches constantly for some understanding of the motivation of abusers – and strengthens their victims with new-found energies and a feeling of renewal.
Eileen is a noted practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a method of self-identification and re-alignment, that has transformed the aspirations of those seeking an effective channel of self-actualisation. Notably, pioneering mental health therapies in the mental health sector and stress management in the corporate sector.
Eileen runs a widely recognised Life Coaching Practice with Centre Status from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). She was recently quoted in an article by the Chamber of Commerce for Bedfordshire and Luton (see press) and featured in a documentary for her pioneering work with ex-offenders.
Eileen is the Founder of HCMA (Harmony Coaching and Mentoring Avenues). HCMA is a charity offering life coaching and support to disadvantaged people and communities. She is a Business Adviser and Assessor working with the SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative) team at the Chamber of Commerce for Bedfordshire and Luton.
