Understanding Leadership, Executive Coaching and Mentoring

Would you like to understand or improve your leadership, executive coaching and mentoring skills? Do you wish to develop highly effective skills in this ever expanding field? Whether you are a senior manager in an organisation or a freelance coach or mentor, this component is designed to develop candidates understanding of the role that mentoring and executive coaching can have in developing leadership capability. ILM training at Levels 3, 5 and 7 is suitable for employed or freelance Coaches/Executive Coaches. You will use the Coaching/Executive Coaching Toolkit and workbook designed by myself, Eileen Hutchinson.

Coaching and Mentoring

Would you like to improve your coaching and mentoring skills? You may have an interest in developing others to be coaches and mentors in the workplace, or perhaps you are a manager in an organisation or an employed or freelance coach or mentor. If you wish to learn how to use coaching and mentoring to realise the full potential of others, my training can help. It is suitable for employed and freelance coaches and those aspiring to the coaching role. It is also useful for employed and freelance facilitators. You will use the coaching and mentoring workbooks and online tools designed by myself Eileen Hutchinson and Richard Hale.

Career Journey & Personal Development

Do you want to realise your personal potential within your current role and for career progression? You will use a range of self assessment tools covering the qualities, tasks and competencies of leadership, management and/or coaching to develop your self awareness, identify your key strengths and talents, as well as your learning and development needs. You will produce a personal and professional development plan designed to meet your needs and the needs of the organisation and, if you wish, you can link your CPD to accreditation, enabling you to link formal training to real work based challenges. You will use the career journey Toolkit while being coached/trained by Eileen Hutchinson.

Communication and NLP

You may already be involved in developing NLP training, or just beginning to look at how NLP can assist you within your role. NLP is about learning and knowing how we use our brains, our emotions, and how we communicate to ourselves and others. NLP is often referred to as the science of excellence, and NLP will give you the edge in any business environment. My training gives you the opportunity to learn and practise new skills and techniques that will improve your performance both as a leader/manager and professional coach – in business and socially. NLP has already achieved significant success in the areas of business and sport, with amazing results for those who use it. You will be able to communicate effectively, and motivate yourself and others with ease. You will use the Communication and NLP/Leadership workbook designed by Eileen Hutchinson.

Transformational Coaching

Affords an opportunity to create a place for questioning, constructing and developing critical reflection on your life’s journey! You will be encouraged to be open about your feelings and move toward implementing behavioural change. What makes my coaching sessions especially effective is that they are experiential as well as based on theory models and practice.
