What was your overall impression of the one day workshop?

My overall impression was, first of all the fantastic energy of Eileen, which was reinforced by the participants of the group. A serious subject presented so concisely by Eileen but at the same time making it a great fun day. I felt so lucky to be part of it. It was clear that everyone there was enjoying both the day and the interaction of each other as I was.

I thought Eileen was lovely, her amazing energy shone out of her. She treated everyone with courtesy and respect. She had a great sense of humor and brought out the best in everyone with such warmth, building up the individual’s confidence as the day went on…….The master that she is! A truly inspirational lady.
