Developed by Eileen Hutchinson in conjunction with experienced professionals in every subject, these on line courses are designed to give you the flexibility and practical help you need to make the progress you want in your personal and professional life, they can be accredited by ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) in the form or a development award or for the advanced programme endorsed award.
Each subject is a stand alone programme that consists of 6 modules for the development award and 10 modules for the endorsed award. These will be sent to you via post or e-mail and you will be personally tutored by Eileen (with a one to one telephone coaching session for the development award and 2 telephone coaching sessions for the endorsed certificate) to be arranged on enrolment. Mentoring & Coaching +
The Mentoring & Coaching + support of my online courses are flexible to meet your development needs and can be either 2 to 4 hours of telephone coaching & mentoring, which of course demands an additional fee. You may upgrade to the Mentoring & Coaching + support at any time.
The cost for this is £50.00 per call.
