Conscious Coaching Impact

Depth Psychology, Personal Development & Leadership Integration

Conscious Coaching Impact is a structured 12-month developmental programme for individuals, leaders, coaches, and experienced professionals who want to explore the deeper psychological influences that shape how they think, relate, work, lead, and experience themselves.

Drawing on Jungian depth psychology, the process of individuation, coaching, reflective practice, and emotional intelligence, the programme creates space to explore the patterns, assumptions, emotions, and aspects of identity that can influence behaviour,  often without our conscious awareness.

The programme is underpinned by The INSIGHT Coaching & Mentoring Cycle®, my structured yet flexible framework for turning insight into action, learning into capability, and development into lasting change.

Drawing on Jungian depth psychology, the process of individuation, coaching, reflective practice, and emotional intelligence, the programme creates space to explore the patterns, assumptions, emotions, and aspects of identity that can influence behaviour — often without our conscious awareness.

You can undertake the programme as a personal and professional development journey, or as a deeper area of study for those who want to integrate psychological insight into their coaching, leadership, or work with others. Through guided learning, individual coaching, psychological exploration, and practical application, you will develop greater awareness of yourself, your relationships, and the ways you influence and respond to the world around you.

Rather than focusing simply on performance or adding another set of techniques, this work invites deeper reflection and self-understanding. The aim is to bring insight into everyday life and professional practice, supporting a more conscious, grounded, and integrated way of being.

The programme is underpinned by The INSIGHT Coaching & Mentoring Cycle®, my structured yet flexible framework for turning insight into action, learning into capability, and development into lasting change.

Programme Structure: The Four Phases of Development

The programme unfolds across four interconnected areas of development, creating a structured yet flexible journey of psychological exploration, personal development, and practical integration. Each area builds on the last while allowing space for your individual experience, questions, and developmental needs.

The emphasis throughout is on bringing psychological insight into lived experience — exploring how greater self-awareness can influence the way you think, relate, make decisions, communicate, and work with yourself and others.

Phase 1: Environment – Awakening Awareness (Months 1–3)

From unconscious pattern to conscious observation

The first phase introduces Environment, the first of the 5 E's in my developmental framework. It focuses on cultivating self-awareness and personal insight by exploring our inner and outer environment—the experiences, relationships, beliefs, expectations, and patterns that influence how we see ourselves and respond to the world around us.

Drawing on depth psychology, participants begin to notice habitual patterns, automatic responses, emotional reactions, and aspects of identity that may operate outside conscious awareness. The intention is not simply to understand what we do, but to become more curious about what may be shaping it.

This phase introduces key concepts from Jungian psychology, including persona, ego, shadow, and the relationship between conscious and unconscious aspects of ourselves. Through reflection, coaching, and practical exploration, participants begin to develop a clearer picture of their own internal landscape and the environments in which they live and work.

Focus areas include:

✓ Inner and outer environment and its influence on development
✓ Self-awareness, personal insight, and reflective observation
✓ Identity, persona, and unconscious conditioning
✓ Introduction to shadow awareness
✓ Behavioural, emotional, and relational patterns
✓ Enneagram and other developmental diagnostic tools
✓ Developing greater awareness of how we respond to people, situations, and environments

Outcome:

A deeper awareness of yourself, your patterns, and the environments that shape your experience — creating a foundation for more conscious choice, reflection, and personal development.

Phase 2: Engage & Explore – Shadow & Depth Work (Months 4–6)

Meeting the less conscious influences that shape us

Having begun to develop greater awareness of their inner and outer environment, the second phase moves into deeper exploration. Engage and Explore invite participants to become more actively involved in their own development — developing the willingness to look beneath familiar patterns, question assumptions, and explore aspects of themselves that may be less conscious or fully understood.

Drawing more explicitly on Jungian depth psychology, participants begin to explore the shadow — those aspects of ourselves that may be disowned, avoided, denied, or projected onto others. The work creates space to become curious about emotional triggers, relational patterns, internal conflicts, and how approval, fear, power, control, or identity can influence how we respond.

The emphasis is not on judging or eliminating these aspects of ourselves, but on developing a more conscious relationship with them. Through coaching, reflection, dialogue, and carefully guided psychological exploration, participants can begin to recognise what these patterns may be communicating and consider new possibilities for how they respond.

Focus areas include:

Engage – committing to self-development and intentional change
Explore – expanding awareness of strengths, patterns, possibilities, and potential
✓ Shadow awareness, recognition, and integration
✓ Emotional triggers and the information they may offer
✓ Relational patterns, projection, and interpersonal dynamics
✓ Authority, power, control, approval, and personal boundaries
✓ Archetypal patterns and different aspects of identity
✓ Reflective, imaginal, and experiential practices

Outcome:

A deeper understanding of the patterns, emotions, and internal dynamics that influence how you respond to yourself, others, and the situations you encounter — together with greater willingness to engage with them consciously.

Phase 3: Enhance – Integration & Identity (Months 7–9)

Bringing insight into how you live, relate, and work

The third phase focuses on integration — bringing the awareness and insights developed through the earlier phases into everyday life and professional practice. Enhance is about strengthening communication, relationships, and effectiveness by developing greater alignment between what we understand, what we value, and how we actually show up.

Drawing on the Jungian concept of individuation, participants explore what it means to develop a more authentic and integrated sense of self. The emphasis is not on creating a new identity, but on becoming more aware of the different aspects of ourselves and finding greater coherence between our inner experience and our outward behaviour.

Through coaching, reflection, and practical application, participants explore how psychological insight can influence communication, relationships, emotional responses, decision-making, and the way they navigate challenge and responsibility.

Focus areas include:

Enhance – strengthening communication, relationships, and effectiveness
✓ Individuation and the development of a more integrated sense of self
✓ Values, identity, and alignment between inner experience and outward behaviour
✓ Emotional regulation, presence, and responsiveness
✓ Exploring and reshaping personal and professional narratives
✓ Communication and relational patterns
✓ Embodied decision-making and personal responsibility
✓ Applying psychological insight to real-life situations and relationships

Outcome:

Greater alignment between awareness, values, identity, and behaviour, supporting a more grounded, authentic, and effective way of relating, communicating, and responding.

Phase 4: Elevate – Impact & Wider Awareness (Months 10–12)

Extending awareness into presence, contribution, and impact

The final phase brings the learning together and expands the focus beyond the individual to consider the wider contexts in which we live and work. Elevate is about developing greater emotional maturity, leadership presence, and awareness of the impact we have on others and the environments we influence.

Participants explore how individual patterns can interact with relationships, teams, organisations, and wider systems. This creates an opportunity to consider how we use our awareness, influence, and personal responsibility when navigating complexity, difference, conflict, power, and change.

The emphasis is not on controlling outcomes or changing other people. Instead, it is about developing the presence and flexibility to respond consciously, influence constructively, and remain grounded in our values while engaging with the world around us.

Focus areas include:

Elevate – developing emotional maturity, leadership presence, and wider awareness
✓ Understanding relational and systemic dynamics
✓ Exploring projection and the impact of unconscious patterns in groups and relationships
✓ Influence, power, responsibility, and boundaries
✓ Developing presence and responding consciously rather than reactively
✓ Navigating complexity, difference, conflict, and change
✓ Integrating psychological insight into professional and personal practice
✓ Considering how individual development can contribute to healthier relationships, teams, and organisational environments

Outcome:

Greater emotional maturity, presence, and awareness of personal impact, with the capacity to engage with others and wider systems in a more conscious, grounded, and constructive way.
