Care of The Soul

When I first studied counselling, I read ‘Care of the Soul’ by Thomas Moore.

This podcast covers how I work as a qualified coach who trains others to become life or management coaches. I recommend many books for my students to read, and this month it is ‘Care of the Soul’. This podcast explores modern behavioural psychology and the existence of the human soul. To coach with compassion, you need to embrace the whole person, i.e. mind, body, and soul.

New Beginnings

New Beginnings a podcast for you to think about how you can make new beginnings for yourself! I feature New Beginnings in my book called “A Thank You”, a collection of Poems that invites you to think about the people who are dear to you in your life. It asks you if you can be brave enough to express your appreciation to them before time runs out. If Covid19 has taught us anything, it is to show others how much they mean to us. You can purchase this book from the resources page on my website.

The Hutchinson’s Guide to Developing Effective Mentoring Skills

Podcast on my new book Effective Mentoring a workbook seen as a toolkit for anyone who wants to develop effective mentoring skills and links to ILM certificated courses. You can purchase this book on the resource page.

Mentoring tools and practices are being used in every aspect of business and personal development. Eileen Hutchinson has developed an exciting practical series of workbooks called “The Hutchinson Guide to” bringing to light the evolution of mentoring and coaching. In this workbook, you will review and participate in the many tools and techniques used by mentors. You will begin your mentoring journey by reviewing the foundation of reflective practice and completing essential exercises to help you develop your own mentoring style.

Explore Coaching

In this podcast we build on the podcast titled coaching is so much more than just a conversation, and we discuss how coaching goes beyond the ability to ask questions and listen attentively. Coaching explores personality traits, behavioural habits and thinking processes. My work has been modelled and studied from an NLP perspective. The observations were to review the techniques I used with individuals and groups.

Expressions of the Soul

In this podcast we take a deep dive into our soul, by a heartfelt opening, “I am stable, strong and embrace my interpersonal and spiritual growth by expressing the communication I receive from my soul. I allow my voice to emerge as a guide to help others, who may have emotional tears that need to learn how to flow”. I express how much I have learned through my work and studies and understand the struggles we can face in our lives..

Effective Mentoring

This podcast looks at becoming an effective mentor and you can find more information around the training on my websites. Effective Mentoring and practices are being used in every aspect of business and personal development.

The Soul is Talking to You When You Hear Yourself Asking, “Why, Why, Why?”

The Soul is talking to you when you find yourself asking Why, Why, Why.

  • Published on June 3, 2017

In this podcast, the deep dive into why things do not work in our lives gives us an insight into how coaching can help. “Life with all its complexities gives us experiences to grow and learn, and when we are paying attention to our Soul, we will move through the complexities of life with ease and grace.

But and there is a but, we may have to experience the breakdown of some elements of our current lifestyle for us to become aware of what is not working, and this may appear to us in the form of difficulties with work or work colleagues, to the collapse of a relationship or to negative aspects of how we interpret the world around us”.
