In this podcast we build on the podcast titled coaching is so much more than just a conversation, and we discuss how coaching goes beyond the ability to ask questions and listen attentively. Coaching explores personality traits, behavioural habits and thinking processes. My work has been modelled and studied from an NLP perspective. The observations were to review the techniques I used with individuals and groups.
